Decision support
Enabling teams of experts to make faster and more informed decisions through improved situational awareness, digitised collaboration, and simulation-backed experimentation.
Developed using consumer software design principles, our end-to-end decision support offerings have accessible, intuitive user interfaces that help users focus on the mission, not the application.

Operational and tactical planning for complex operations
Effective mission planning sits at the heart of Multi Domain Integration, Information Advantage and Agile C2. We provide powerful analysis tools that increase situational awareness and reduce planning time. Adaptable workflows can support any doctrine, enabling the creation of a single source of truth for the whole planning lifecycle across globally distributed planning teams. Users can experiment and access simulation-derived insights throughout COA development in a synthetic environment, contributing to more robust and analytical plans.

Cyber digital twins for resilience, upgrade planning and operations
Managing current and future large-scale communications networks is proving increasingly demanding for defence departments. The latest digital twins support the complete network infrastructure lifecycle, from design and procurement through to decommissioning.
Our cyber digital twins securely integrate models and datasets from multiple network providers, enabling governments to explore and understand their entire network to assess performance and resilience. We then combine demand and loading signals, such as operational plans, to assess the impact on network operations. Future maintenance, failure recovery and upgrade options can be assessed with an increased awareness of their broader mission impact.
Our cyber digital twins can also play a key role in enabling more comprehensive and targeted cyber operations, whether training, evaluating strategies or supporting a variety of operations.
Experimentation for policy, strategy and future force development
Complex and representative synthetic environments modernise and enhance the policy design process, enabling more robust experimentation and force development activity.
Establishing a detailed picture of the impact and cascading consequences of different courses of action allows decision makers to understand the robustness and trade-offs of each option, and to wargame different scenarios.

Operational and tactical planning for multi-domain operations
Planning is a highly collaborative and iterative process, and sits at the heart of effective Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). We provide powerful analysis tools that increase situational awareness and reduce team’s planning time. Adaptable workflows can support any doctrine, enabling the creation of a single source of truth for the whole planning lifecycle - across globally distributed planning teams. Uniquely, users are able to experiment and access simulation derived insights throughout COA development, meaning more robust and analytical plans are developed.

Cyber digital twins for resilience, upgrade planning and operations
A truly holistic approach is required to effectively manage the current and future large-scale communications networks required to meet the increasing demands of modern defence. We use digital twins to support the complete lifecycle of infrastructure, from design and procurement through to decommissioning.
Defence organisations contain ‘networks of networks’, and so we enable different providers to incorporate models and datasets of their managed networks, enabling governments to explore and understand their entire network and to assess its performance and resilience. When combined with clear demand and loading signals, such as operational plans, impact on the mission can be considered. In addition, maintenance plans, failure recovery, and upgrade options can be assessed with an increased awareness of their broader mission impact. Digital twins can also play a key role in enabling more comprehensive and targeted cyber operations, whether training, evaluating strategies or supporting operations.

Experimentation for policy, strategy and future force development
Skyral Accelerate is a programme that combines technical services and subject-matter expertise with time-boxed, outcome-driven development dojos. It helps defence organisations and third-party developers work alongside Improbable – or with one another – to take useful, usable capabilities from drawing board to deployment more quickly and cost-efficiently.

Training
The modern military operating environment is ever changing and increasing in complexity. The need for training capabilities that keep pace with real-world operational situations is more important than ever.
We enable training solution providers to deliver uniquely large-scale, realistic training environments that capture the complexity of multi-domain operations and can be rapidly configured, exploiting data and models from the Skyral Exchange to match the specific needs of diverse training audiences. Legacy and new capabilities can be integrated through software-defined tools and technologies to reduce the cost, time and risk of systems integration.

Collective training
To deliver transformative training capabilities, we enable synthetic environments which unite all training mediums – live, virtual or constructive – into a single high-fidelity training experience. We use the latest metaverse technology to allow unparalleled training audience capacity over multiple distributed sites.
We offer training solutions providers a flexible development suite that’s tailored for collective training with pre-integrated content, tooling and delivery services that enables the development of collective training systems quickly, economically and with minimum technical risk.

Mission rehearsal
LVC synthetic environments for mission rehearsal can be deployed at the edge, delivering simulation-enhanced mission rehearsal to service personnel in the field and afloat, where bandwidth and hosting options are limited.
Our mission rehearsal environments can be built fast from the latest available data pipelines to provide training in the most relevant and up to date representation of the operating environment.
